I ordered a sandwich from the Subway app and when I received it, they clearly missed the lettuce and tomatoes. I paid $12 with tax for less than what I ordered. When I went back to the counter and spoke with the cashier, she grabbed the sandwich that was already made. I informed her that my sandwich was supposed to have chicken on it, but she insisted it was correct. When I asked for a receipt to confirm my order, she refused and said it wasn't her problem. Despite seeing her print receipts for other customers, she wouldn't do the same for me. Now, I'm left with a cold sandwich that I tried to work with her to fix. The service was extremely disrespectful. I had ordered an appetizer from the menu. When the server brought out my food, she scolded me and said that next time I should order takeout because it causes too many issues. If they are busy, that's understandable, but there's no need to be rude when they offer curbside pickup, which is convenient during the pandemic. Additionally, I paid for fresh mozzarella but received shredded instead. I also ordered cut avocado, but they gave it to me smashed, which was not what I wanted or ordered.
Today came in on my lunch and this lady was yelling at me and was mad because I didn't understand her English, instead of explaining things she got mad because she was in a bad mood. Super rude and super unfriendly was literally yelling at me sorry to come to subway and ruin your day lady! You should find another job because this is not for you
Rude as hellll!!! When a customer opens the door at 9:45p.m you don 't greet them with we are closed! Atleast say hi... then say our register is counted down and closed already! The store closes at 10p.m! At 10p.m you close the doors, lock em and then count down your drawer!!! I hope management handles this poor customer service!

I was in a hurry to catch the pink line and Evelyn and Maria sure were quick in helping me set up my subwich. They both were very polite and made my evening better after a long day. I would definitely suggest this subway to anyone around the area, the service was excellent and the store was very clean.
I will never return to this restaurant again. I requested three cookies from the employee and he did not wear gloves while handling the food. Despite repeatedly telling him I did not want the cookies, he ignored my requests, so I left. The staff was rude and inattentive.
No star. They are always trying to charge extra for the mozzarella cheese on pizza. I mean isn't that the cheese it originally comes with. They tried putting the mix one. Like I worked in subway for years I know the formulas.
Terrible service i have gone there several times and their all very rude and disrespectful workers she even screamed at me for asking for extra tomatos
