They are not like other subways I know that subways franchise but dare me is not wrapped up in cellophane there any container and they give you the smallest amount of meat . Nothing but bread and toppings you could barely taste the meat and the thing is that I went to the subway downtown Silver Spring and my sandwich had ample meat on it. If you can avoid coming here, please do so! My order online said it was ready only for me to get to this location and have to wait. I let the guy know I ordered online and then with an attitude told me I needed to sit down and wait.I ordered a sandwich from here and I ordered double meat plus the regular veggies (as I do with every subway I go to) and the guy who made my sandwich got an attitude with me and shamed me for ordering an overstuffed sandwich. This restaurant does not honor coupons and creates their own rules. They charged double for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and even more for the bacon that already comes on the sub. The bread was not fresh, the lettuce and spinach were stale, and the turkey was molded. Shortly after eating, my family became ill and we had to go to the hospital. The service was very rude and it took 40 minutes just to receive my food. The staff kept telling me to wait and then a lady came into the store without washing her hands before preparing food, which was unsanitary.
I placed an online order for pick-up at 6:40, but when I arrived at 6:45, it had not been started yet. The store told me it was ready, but when I asked where I could pick up orders, the worker responded rudely and told me to sit down and wait. When I requested a refund, he accused me of wasting his food. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that location again.

I will never go to this location again. Worst service from rude owners and cashiers. She got mad because I was using a coupon and didn’t want to take the coupon then proceeded to upcharge me for everything out of spite. The people that work here shouldn’t be in this business of being a franchise if you can’t handle small discounts.
This restaurant should be shut down. The staff is terrible, and the management is even worse. They try to control what you order and make you feel ashamed, as if you didn't earn your money or pay for your meal. Don't bother coming here. The male manager is just as bad, if not worse, than the female manager.
Go to any other subway available to you. Avoid the trouble and disappointment of coming here. Horrible food, horrible service.
I got literally the least amount of toppings I've ever had. REALLY SMALL PORTIONS.
