Today date 09/25/2021 a young man who works for Subway he had on a dirty baseball uniform and dirt under his finger nail he reach in to the lettuce with no gloves on to remove a piece of chicken out of the lettuce holder with bare hands. I confronted him and he replied he wash his hands which was not true. The owner of this Franchise should really be worry about cross contamination and a host of other problems like food poisoning. The Health Department will be called on Monday. Cold cuts hold bacteria and can make you really sick. The owner needs to look at his surveillance tape and retrain. The cold cut meats look wet. This Subway is bad and dangerous Stop hiring people who don't care about...
On a Saturday night, my dinner experience at this restaurant was pleasant. Although the line was a bit long and it seemed like there were some missing items at the sandwich station, the staff member named Dave handled the situation well. Despite being the only one working, he managed the flow of customers efficiently and prepared the food quickly and correctly. Dave was pleasant and courteous throughout the evening. He definitely deserves a raise for his hard work and excellent service.
Stopped to grab dinner on a Saturday night. The line was a few people deep and there seemed to be a lot missing from the sandwich-making station. There was only one guy working, named Dave. He handled the flow of customers well and managed the lack of ingredients as best as he could. He made the food quickly and correctly and was pleasant even though he was alone. Give him a raise!
A young man with brown hair and a middle part was seen without a hair net, hat, or mask. We were shocked to find that he was handling frozen chicken without proper precautions. I had to use the microwave to thaw my sandwich, which was a terrible experience. This lack of hygiene and quality in the food makes me concerned for the future of this business.

I haven't been to this underground restaurant in a while, but I'm glad I stopped by this time! The service was excellent and they helped me with choosing a sandwich. The sandwich was delicious! Thank you for a great meal and a pleasant ordering experience! 7:30 on August 15th. The staff will know what I'm referring to when they read this!
Stopped to buy 5 grinders for my family. All 4 chicken whole grinders meat was frozen. All were to be toasted didnt matter still frozen inside 40.00 bucks wasted. This guy with brown hair middle part no id no facemask and no hat. You need new management in this place we wont be back. Horrible
Didn't end up eating. I came in and the employee was sweeping, then put on gloves and tried to serve me with out washing his hands... I left. This was the first I've seen of this so hopefully it is not a standard practice.
I went to the restaurant the other day and a guy with brown hair and a middle part made my food perfectly. It was delicious and the other reviews were right on point.
