I arrived at 11:30 AM, a bit early, and informed them that I was there to pick up all six orders under my name. One of the two workers present told me it would take a while. I said that was fine and took a seat. I mentioned that I had tried calling, but I was told the phones must not be working.
I didn't receive my subs until 12:25 PM. I was informed that my order should have been categorized as catering and that I shouldn't order that way again. I explained that the orders were placed on time for a scheduled pickup. He replied that they only receive orders 15 minutes before the pickup time. I visit this Subway location every few weeks and have never had any issues until today. I ordered a wrap and a 6-inch sub, then handed the cashier a brand new coupon, only to be told that this location no longer accepts coupons as of today. There was no sign on the door or anywhere inside indicating this change. When I explained that the coupon was new, the older female cashier became rude and condescending, refusing to accept it even though I know the system allows for an override. Because of her attitude and what seems like the owner's greed, I will make sure never to return to this location.
I recently went to this subway looking for and old favorite: The spicy Italian sub. Inside, there were two young guys working a boring night shift as I was the only customer they had seen in some time. As soon as I came in though, they greeted me with a smile, and hustled to complete my order thoroughly and efficiently. They were friendly and we made small talk for a few minutes while my sub was being prepared. The service and food were solid. This establishment should be thankful that they have friendly staff like these two high schoolers who know what they are doing.
If I could give 0 stats I would. I've been going to this subway for a year or more. There was a young guy working there who was amazing. The last 2 times I've been there, he wasn't there. The lady working, is possibly one of the rudest people ever. Apparently, she doesn't speak or understand English very well. She has messed up my order each time and is ignorant to me like it's my fault. 3 strikes and they're out. I would recommend staying far away from this subway.

This Subway definitely needs improvement! I went there for lunch and ordered the meatball sub, but I had to use a magnifying glass to find three tiny meatballs the size of ping pong balls. When I first unwrapped it, the roll looked almost empty. My friend got the chicken teriyaki and was also disappointed—they barely had any chicken, maybe just a few tablespoons. The place was completely empty during lunch hour, and now I understand why!
Poor, poor experience. Toppings all looked old and well past their prime. Upon walking into the store with the coupon sheet I was looking to take advantage of, was advised that location no longer accepted couponing. Extremely disappointing and sub-par food for the money.
I had a disappointing visit to Subway. The toppings seemed stale and not fresh. On top of that, I was told they no longer accept coupons when I tried to use one. Overall, the food fell short of my expectations and wasn’t worth the price.
The staff was quite rude, and many menu items were unavailable. They do not accept coupons and seem to have trouble communicating in English. The dining area was dirty. The level of rudeness was alarming, so consider this a warning.

Subway supports everything that's wrong with this country. I wouldn't eat there if subway paid me to eat there
Was good and fresh. Took mom there to eat and she was thrilled.
