Based upon reading other reviews, it seems as though the owners of this location just completely disregard the terrible reviews that come in. I have seen multiple poor reviews and they all seem to have a common denominator. There is a young woman covered in tattoos. Tattoos aren't an issue, they don't determine anybodies work ethic. I did however have an issue with this particular young woman that these other reviews are speaking of. I walked in and waited for 5 minutes by myself in the store without so much as even a greeting. I had to ring the bell multiple times to finally get this woman to come to the front to serve me. From there, I ordered a wrap and paid over $12 for it, and honestly...
I'm giving this store 5 stars, even though it's been close to 20 years since I stepped foot inside. It was 5 stars back then... back when I was the manager, back in its first year or two of opening, back when I ran it with myself 1 other employee at times 7 days a week 9am-9pm, no matter what. All these low star reviews make me a bit sad, but that's what happens I guess, when nobody cares. I still work for subway, but on the mainland, the inspectors have told us our store is one of the cleanest they've seen in the state. I take pride in my work, it shows. Good luck to the rest.
Over the years I 've gone in there numerous times, but in the last eight months there 's a girl with short hair and a tattoo on her face. I always say very little mayonnaise and she just globs it on a makes the sandwich all soggy. This makes me very sad because I used to love this place and it 's right on the way to work, but one employee can ruin it. This same employee always act like she hates being at work and doesn 't like helping the customers. Service: 1
Pretty sure the workers were under the influence of drugs. The tattoo woman worker was saying explicit language to her co worker while we are standing right in front of her trying to order. Very unprofessional and over priced subway sandwich’s. Maybe drug test your workers. Also tattoos on the face and the other worker wearing board shorts just looks sloppy. Service: Takeaway

Ordered online, guess the store doesn't allow the deal that was promoted to me when all I wanted to do was look at the menu. Now I'm running late for my rental car return and have NO FOOD!! Absolutely terrible. Ordered food and they closed down the store before I could as it up. They mentioned they stop taking orders at 8 pm and they accepted my order. Got to the store and two guys didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Very bad customer service. They will close down at 8 pm not 8:30 as stated! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Great location and inside but I've had the same experience with the short haired tattooed worker lady working here more than once. This time I'm waiting in line and what I'm guessing is a regular walks in and she just greets him and starts making his sandwich while my family and I wait some more.
