Subway - Reservar una mesa

I've visited this restaurant several times, and it doesn't appear to be well-managed. They have two new items on the menu: the s'mores cookie and the harvested brot, but both have consistently been unavailable. When I went on July 26, I asked about both items and, unsurprisingly, they were out of stock. I was told it was due to a supplier issue. I called the Subway in St. Catharines, and they informed me they had the cookies, but couldn't place any orders at the moment. I wasn't able to reach any other locations in Welland, as it seems nobody wants to talk to customers. Overall, I believe the management is quite poor.

The restaurant offers a great selection and provides quick service. However, it can be challenging to understand the staff at times, as they speak softly.

It wasn't too busy on Tuesday night, but the fountain drink machine was missing the flavor additives for the beverages.

Sub was good would return! But not having large fountain drinks drops the star.
