Awful experience! The owners really need to focus on addressing the service problems. I tried to order online, but the option was disabled, so I decided to drive to the Union Midtown location. When I arrived, I found out that the staff member was alone and not taking any orders. There were no customers in the restaurant, and she was in the back not even making any sandwiches. I certainly won't be returning. I’ll be going to Firehouse Subs instead!
Ordered on grub hub. Not only did they not send any of the sides, they wrecked the sandwich order too. The flatbread was unheated and raw, with parts of it wet as it it had been defrosted. The toppings were all wrong and it was truly a disgusting experience. Thankfully GrubHub refunded me without question. Never again, y'all. Never.

I had a terrible experience with customer service from Shaq. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and confrontational. It's shocking that someone like him is permitted to work in a public-facing position at a reputable company like Subway. Unbelievable! Reserva una mesa ahora
Very poor customer service no compassion. I didn't get an opportunity to order after I struggled to walk in do to heart surgery I was asked to move my car which I could understand bif busy or blocking entrance
Out of necessary ingredients for main subs. Scanner doesn't work to scan a gift card. No appropriate lid sizes. Not a fabulous experience.
They rarely have the bread I like, and when they do, it doesn't taste fresh. It seems like they're serving yesterday's leftovers.
