Subway - Reservar una mesa

When I went in and ordered my food everything seemed fine, other than the fact that they were out of everything. Which is fine I understand that happens. When I went to pay for my food there was some confusion and they tried to charge me for three sandwiches. There was a guy behind me and apparently they thought he was with me which I also understand getting confused about, however after I got to my truck, I realized that they gave me the wrong sandwich. I went back in and showed them that they gave me the wrong sandwich and the guy insisted that that was my correct sandwich. I then showed him my receipt that clearly showed that I had the number 7 and that this was some kind of a ham sandwich. He then told me that he had no idea how I had that sandwich because that was absolutely not the sandwich he gave me. I said how do I have a Subway sandwich that has ham on it then? and he told me I don 't know, you must have swapped it with the other customer in the parking lot! Are you freaking kidding me?! Then I requested a refund if he wasn 't going to fix it (because i didn 't eaven have the wrong sandwich anymore because they had taken it to the back) and they told me that they couldn 't do that. After a whole bunch of arguing back and forth they agreed to remake my sandwich or I could leave without a refund. Needless to say I will not be coming back. I can 't believe how incompetent and rude these employees are. I didn 't come back in with a attitude I was kind and calmly explained to them what the issue was but they got angry and combative right away. I went in at 8:30 and the guy working said they had no bread. Really no bread at a Subway! Service: 1
