Usually this subway gives great service. Unfortunately not today. The young lady working this morning is full of attitude. After asking me what type of bread meat, she pulls the bread out and walks off. Comes back shortly after and says she (referring to the other young lady) didn’t put any meatballs out. I tell her I don’t want anything else and walk off. As I’m walking off the other young lady tells her I’m warming some. She replies she don’t want it. Now I could’ve turned around and waited but it’s quite obvious this young lady wasn’t ready for customers.
I’m not writing this just to complain; my family and I eat here almost every week, and I believe that those preparing our food should take more responsibility. I would have returned the sandwiches, but I live about 10 miles away, making it a 20-mile round trip, and the gas cost would have exceeded the price of the sandwiches.
In summary, I urge the staff to check their orders carefully before sending them out, especially for those who might have allergies or dietary restrictions. It's frustrating to receive food that’s not prepared properly.
today is the 4th time that my order was wrong on one or other wise. I order in the rule about the subway app and how can it be difficult to understand? there were 4 people working when I picked up my underpants. I had to go to the house and opened it, you were done right. the others, let's just say yuck! I wanted and ordered garlic aioli sauce, but instead got only bell and bell of something oil. I mean so much that my broth was muddy when I held it.
I wish I could give zero stars. My experience at this subway franchise was disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and didn’t pay attention to the quality or presentation of the food. It was honestly the worst $26 I’ve ever spent as an adult! My sandwich looked like it was made by a two-year-old.

Very horrible service and I was met with passive aggressive racist comments. The owner only had to say “sorry†guess some people like to lose money.
The staff here is incredibly friendly! The place is clean and well-organized. My sandwich is always prepared quickly and accurately every time I visit!
