After preparing the footlong, she asked if I needed anything else. When I showed her the voucher again, she said I could only purchase a 6-inch sub and then use the voucher for a second free 6-inch sub. This seemed illogical to me, but I didn’t want to create a scene in front of other customers. The voucher clearly stated "ANY," so I felt disappointed when she put the footlong bread away and proceeded to prepare my order as a 6-inch. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but the wording on the voucher was quite clear to me, and I believe this was a missed opportunity for excellent customer service. Subway has been around a long time and always provides great subs on hot fresh bread. Their meats are good as is all their produce. They have a decent selection and the restaurants are always clean and organized with good service. Sometimes you just want a fresh subway sub made to order, just the way you like it.

OWNER ATTENTION!!!! Your things are so slow. Pls are advised. It was 3 employees in the field, no trace I waited for my order about 12-15 min. 2 customers came behind me, wait 2-3 min see how it goes and left!! Forget napkins! But Sub was really good:
