The customer service is always speedy and friendly, the food is always consistent, and the employees here truly work very hard. Don 't listen to the Serial Karens here with negative reviews, that is what Karens do. They are the type of individual that demands their server make sure their fries are extra extra crispy, and proceed to go to tantrum town no matter what. In other words; they are chronic complaining divas. I realize that Subway is a chain and doesn 't source the highest quality, but this location specifically always takes pride in the product they put out. If you enjoy Subway, check this spot out.

Came in the other day, and was helped by a girl with green hair. Great friendly service. My sandwich was made very nicely, and I could tell they were smiling thru their mask. It was also very busy, and it was them and one other employee with glasses and curly hair. I felt really bad, overall I will be coming back to this location and I tipped them $5! You guys deserved it! It’s hardto work food service these days, the pandemic made people rude. Keep smiling!

I saw the "OPEN" sign, so I arrived at the subway at 9:46 PM, even though they close at 10:00 PM. When I walked in, I noticed that all the ingredients had already been put away and thrown out. Despite the OPEN sign being on and it still being within business hours, I was informed that I should go to Oregon City instead, as they are open 24 hours. The employee who turned us away was named Kirstin.

WORST SUBWAY EVER!!! I did the order pick up and when I went in they hadn’t even started on my sandwich.. they started about 15 mins later, the girl barely added chicken and did not add bacon even though that’s what the sub comes with. When the guy gave me the sub I told him I didn’t see the girl add bacon so he added some uncooked bacon !!! They are so lazy and should not be on the clock. Reserva una mesa ahora

Shopping here is convenient and fast. There are plenty of self-checkout options, so if you'd rather not ring up your own items, this might not be the best place for you. While there are many employees around, customer service is somewhat limited. The return process is excellent. Overall, it’s a fantastic grocery store with high-quality food.

I'd like to give a big shout-out to the Milwaukie Marketplace Subway! Trish was fantastic in handling my order. They recently made 156 sandwiches and cookies for our employee event, and when I arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and ready to go, all with a smile. A huge thank you to the staff at Oaks Park!
