After getting into a minor accident, and my first ever needing a body shop, I was recommended to this facility by many people and my insurance adjuster. Everybody I worked with was so warm and welcoming and made me feel so good about taking my vehicle there. I was new to the whole process and they walked me through it. Turned out I also need a new tire which I didn't even know and they insisted on making sure that that was replaced for my safety. I cannot recommend this place enough. I picked my car up yesterday and she is beautiful. I literally damaged every portion of the driver side. My doors needed to be replaced, my front turn signal needed to be replaced. My tire needed to be replaced....
One of the best shops in Maryland, especially if you have Erie Insurance (OEM parts only!)The work these guys do is outstanding!I recently avoided a few deer on a ramp and ended up swiping a guard rail. Ended up needing body work, paint, suspension and minor electrical work done. Car was un-drivable because of a cracked steering rack.Car was torn down, parts were ordered, work was done in under 1month! Every time I walk up to my truck I’m reminded of the poor job they did. The amount of overspray below the window on my front passenger door is pitiful. They painted the rear door, how hard is it to properly tape off a vehicle? This is a great example why not to come here. They cut corners.They also down sold me on new tires. Insurance picked up the bill but this place allegedly couldn’t get the expensive tires I originally had and went with cheaper. I feel they only wanted to profit more, I found them online with quick shipping the night I picked up my truck.
The paint match was perfect, the body lines were precise, and the OEM fitment was spot on—all clips, screws, and bolts were in place. The customer service was top-notch as well; I couldn't give them anything less than 5 stars! They have a lot of experience, and I appreciated that after my bumper, fender, and side rocker molding were repainted, my vehicle was hand washed instead of being scrubbed with a brush that could potentially damage the paint. Improved communication would be beneficial. They did reach out to me when they finished the work, but later that evening, I found out they had to charge the battery again. I wasn't aware they had done this the first time. I learned about it when I went to pick up my car. The battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour for the new battery to arrive and be installed. If I had been informed about this earlier, I could have approved the battery replacement and come by later to get my car.
This body shop use to be really good and use to have great communication. I took my car repaired and will be the last time. Their LACK of communication is beyond horrible!! I have had to call the shop consistently to get updates on the car and parts when they said they would keep me up to date on the progress. Is it too much these days to ask for good customer service and communication?
My brand new car with less than 4k miles on it was involved in a hit and run. Luckily I got the other driver's license plate and her insurance sent me here. I had a broken door handle and stopped in without an appointment to get an estimate for the repair. Although they were busy, they promptly had a mechanic check it out. He took a tool and fixed it in just two minutes! They didn’t charge me anything and were incredibly friendly! Service: Body Trim

They did an excellent job on my car they said my car would be ready in about a week or a week and a half nope it was only 4 working days my car was ready I would recommend anyone who needs their cars body work to be done this is the place to go..
Had my car towed after it was rear ended. Unfortunately it was totaled but they took good care of us
