Do we really need to review a Subway? It's like elsewhere, just a Subway. This particular place in Concord is nothing special, but not a horrible place some may claim. If you go to a Subway, then you don't read a review, but already know the experience waiting for you ... The smell of a freshly baked bread is what makes a Subway.BTW, during our last visit they ran out of tuna :-(
Been here a couple times and there's always bugs flying behind the glass on the vegetables. This in addition to the dusty Christmas decorations (in May as well mind you) above where you begin to order makes this place to be avoided. If you're after something quick for lunch support the local shops up the street a bit.
I had a small issue last month with our orders getting mixed up at this restaurant. I appreciate the staff for promptly addressing and resolving the issue in a professional manner. Thank you, it means a lot to us as we are frequent customers here!
