Went in for lunch break I went to grab a coke out of the pop cooler I barely opened it but I must of forgot to close all the way because the worker she was wearing a grey hoodie went over and slammed the pop cooler door shut I said I'm sorry she rolled her eyes! very rude! if you dont like your job maybe you should find another!customer service is not for you! Maybe you should try to be kinder to people and not act so ugly!Hey Subway if your pop cooler breaks it's because she slams the door on it! I would make her pay for it!fix the attitude hunny because one day you will run into the wrong one

Why does Subway send coupons in the mail and then when you get to the restaurant to order, they refuse to take the coupons at the discretion of the manager. I tried the location in Pleasant Hill last month and was refused, and it sent me tona competitor. Last week went to this location, and was able to use a coupon. And then just decided to dine again tonight, to use another coupon. And was refused before ordering, said no longer accepting coupons. So I left without ordering. Rediculous.

I went to the Watrous and se 14th street location. It was a bit of a wait to get my order. I was only the second person there. They had a sign (small) indicating they did not participate in the coupon buy one get one. Fortunately, I only needed the one sandwich. I took it to go.

Order online and the employee was outside smoking her nasty cigarette and didn’t have our food ready even after the 20min we waited … then it was 15 mins more for her and the other employee to make the 2 subs … 2 subs … ridiculous!!

They're not closed immediately on Sunday's, I'd highly suggest calling in ahead of time to save you the hassle on missing out on a cowboy burger and the game and a drink. Lol

New employees/management doesn't know how to reset register,watched them give person three free sandwiches and I got told off. wouldn't recommend this subway anymore

I had an online order and it was Is supposed to be picked up at 8:20 pm When got there at 8:05 pm They was closed

Standard subway. Alright food. Booths were gigantic.
