I visited this Subway for the first time since it was conveniently located for picking up a cheese pizza. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing right from the start. The first employee approached me without even a greeting. When I ordered a cheese pizza, I was told they didn’t have any. Instead of discussing alternatives, she just put a flatbread in the oven without asking for my preference. The food was prepared so poorly that I almost walked out, but I decided to stay despite my frustration. Another employee came over to try to help, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. I recently had lunch at this restaurant and was quite disappointed with my experience. As a contract partner, I asked the person at the register for the bathroom keys so I could wash my hands before ordering. To my surprise, my request was denied, even when I offered a $50 bill! This made me feel unwelcome and disrespected; I expect to be treated as a valued customer rather than looked down upon. I'm not someone who creates trouble. Frustrated, I took my money back and opted to go to Wendy's instead. Honestly, who needs Subway? Their microwaved food may be affordable, but it lacks flavor, and the chopped ingredients hardly seem authentic. It's no wonder the place was completely empty!

I would like to request that someone from corporate contact me. I visited the Subway in Edgewood, MD today, December 23, 2021, and I observed that two employees were handling the cookies and adding fresh ones without wearing gloves. One of them then proceeded to prepare my sandwich, and when I asked, "Don't you use gloves for handling the cookies?" she replied, "No, we don't." This lack of sanitation is particularly concerning in light of the ongoing pandemic. I will not be returning to this Subway location. If they are not using gloves for the cookies, I cannot help but wonder what other health and safety practices they might be overlooking that customers aren’t aware of.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Subway for quite some time, but this visit left me disappointed. I went there tonight to order a turkey and cheese footlong for dinner. Unfortunately, the young woman who made my sandwich didn’t follow my requests, resulting in a very soggy meal. I won’t be coming back; I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for better service. I really like this Subway location, and the owners truly prioritize customer service. I would love to rate it five stars, but I have to take into account the recent changes to their menu. While I enjoy the atmosphere, I can no longer justify spending my money here because, due to corporate decisions, I'm now getting half the amount of food for the same price, thanks to their new thinner meat slices.

The food, particularly the vegetables, were far from clean. The cucumbers appeared overripe, and the lettuce was brown and unappetizing, suggesting it hadn’t been replaced in quite some time. Upon our arrival, the staff seemed preoccupied with their phones rather than making sure the food was fresh and ready to serve.

I visited the restaurant at 9:00 PM with the intention of using a voucher for a foot-long sandwich. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate my request because they had run out of meat. The staff offered me a less expensive meat option, which was quite disappointing. As a result, I decided not to return.
