Sugar Bits Custom Cakes

I found Sugar Bits through Google search and went with him because so many bakers turned me down as they were heavily booked. Darcy came through and said she could bake a cake for my son's first birthday. I asked her if she could decorate it as Monsters Inc because that was my son's favorite film. I even showed her a picture of cake design that she could either go with or do something similar. She said she didn't like to copy the work of other people and would do something similar. That was good. My son loves fruit, so I asked if she can add fruit to filling, but she couldn't do it. I thought that was weird, but went with him when it was hard to find a baker. The day came to get the cake and she asked herself to live in a place of 25 minutes. I asked about another place that was a little closer, but she said I'd charge $30 extra. Seriously? At this point, I was a little upset. I didn't understand why it was an extra $30 for a cake that was already expensive. It's not like it's a three tie cake. It was a little. I wanted to pick it up and was not too impressed with the design. I thought the characters were individual friendly, as they charged a rather heavy price. She didn't even make Boo's door! That's so important as it's about her. The cake was beautiful and moist. I will. But worth $100? Absolutely not.

After my older daughter was so amazing the first birthday cake, I had to come back to Sugar Bits for my second daughter's birthday cake! She does amazing work and we are always impressed by how she makes our vision an edible joy. Thank you.

Not only was the first birthday cake of our twins beautiful, but also delicious! Darcie was super clear and communicative. Everything was well discussed in advance and the cake was beyond what we had imagined. Very recommended!

Darcie is amazing! She created the Peefect 80's roll skate cake for my daughter's birthday. She did everything my daughter wanted and more! Not only the cake looked fantastic, it also tasted amazing!

Darcie is great! Her prices are definitely worth the time and effort she puts into every amazing cake! All of the recipes I've tried are delicious!
