First time at Sugar factory with family from out of town. It seemed fairly slow when we arrived for our 6pm reservation for party of 6 but started picking up right after. We were seated immediately but sat a bit before our waiter, a pleasant young man, greeted us. We were given menus. Our appetizer was delivered but we had to ask for plates, napkins and silverware. We finished that, and asked for more waters and one soda that never came out. booked a table for my birthday since i never been there so i booked it for 845 and did not arrive till 905 (due to traffic and parking) called twice around 850 to tell them we would be a few more mins late and no answer. got there and they sat us at a very small table (which was inbetween 2 large parties that left us with no room) i couldn’t hear a word my spouse was saying because the music was overbearing. the waitress came around brought us water and asked if we been there ,we said no and she said she would give us a minute….930 rolls around the waitress is no where to be found as we have been sitting here waiting to order and also since we never been here also been waiting to use the bat...
Great overall experience! Server and manager were great. We experienced a little bit of a wait despite our reservation but we had a great table. A little confusion on the birthday options left my daughter feeling a little disappointed but they made up for it coming out a 2nd time when asked. Sugar Factory is definitely always loud but that’s part of the party atmosphere.
The restaurant was very charming, but I wasn't a fan of the location, especially the difficulty in getting there. The restaurant is located upstairs in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, and it's quite small so reservations are necessary. We were the only ones dining there. The food was delicious, but on the pricier side.

The staff at your restaurant went above and beyond to make my daughter's 17th birthday celebration even more memorable. They were all so enthusiastic and welcoming.
We really enjoyed this restaurant. Excellent food and the service was fabulous. They give you a lot of food for the money. We cannot wait to go back!
