Customer service is not great. We were told that we couldn't redeem the voucher because we didn't book, but the voucher fine print says that we booking is not required for takeaway. Once I pointed that out to them, they told us that we had...to wait for to mins even though the shop was empty. The food was eventually served in mins. We ordered double beef and bacon burger with chips and a drink. Chips were good. Burger top bun was icy cold, and meat was juicy but not very plain. I understand that small business is doing really tough out there, but I think this store can do a lot better than this. Customer service is the key to attract and keep your customers. So far, these guys are not doing...

No idea what the food is like as we didn't stay after being reprimanded for not reading the fine print on the vouchers we had. Would not honour the vouchers as we had not booked, despite the place being nearly empty. Was not a pleasant...experience being told in a rude tone: It CLEARLY states that you have to book, there are only of us here today and anyway we only make out of those vouchers Customers can be a pain but this was a very unprofessional thing to say and a guarateed way for us to never want to return.

there were a few people in the food, the workers seemed to be busy with tearing orders, as they needed a because to take our order at the counter. we starve at the time when our food arrived, but got it was delicious. curly fries and täter tota were perfect and crispy while all vegan burgers (süd fried tofu, summer sizzle and other fake chikn w/ mais etc). were absolutely amazing. would definitely recommend, but do not expect fast meals! the personal was also beautiful.

service was great, eating was sensational and diner was clean. it is the perfect place for friends who are the mix of plant and carnivores. the huge selection of options make the diner super attraktiw. I would definitely recommend and personally can't wait to get...

Well I could search for something good to say about this place but sadly I would come up empty. The staff attitude and service was the worst I have ever experienced. My advice would be stay well away!
