I wasn’t overly impressed with the level of service when we dined at Sugarcane. Myself and my guest ordered the same dishes for starter and main and when the Pad Thai arrived, I queried whether it was a portion for two people as it was served in one bowl and our waiter said “I assume so” but when the bill came, it was clear we had only been served one serving. I also thought that the waiter was poor in topping up our drinks, which I would expect when our glasses are empty.
Did the ‘Trust Me’ banquet menu for four people. All of the dishes were amazing. Super fresh and all very tasty and complemented each other well. More than enough food. Good wine recommendations from the waiter. Great service. Nice ambience and not too loud, easy to have conversation but still had a good, buzzy atmosphere.
the aromen in each court were amazing. without doubt the best Thai restaurant, and for this occasion restaurant that I have ever been. the staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations to eat. superb weinliste also. a little expensive, so they save it for special occasions. comes back when I get.
The service was excellent, staff were friendly and knowledgable. Food was incredible, best meal I've had in a while. Made celebrating our anniversary really special. Would definately recommend and dine there again in future. Reserva una mesa ahora
Simply beautiful! Even on a very wet day; dining overlooking Coogee beach remains spectacular. The staff and the entire ambiance added a great deal of special to my birthday. Thank you!
