When I entered the restaurant I asked if I could byo a bottle of whiskey as they only served beer and wine. The person at the serving at the front register said yes. So I went to a bottle shop near buy and purchased a bottle only to be told by the manager that they were not licensed for byo and the staff member had given me wrong information. He suggested that drink the whisky on the weekend. No offer to take the bottle back or offer a discount on the food. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was provided with his contact details. Thank goodness for Vintage Cellars in East Village who refunded me for the bottle when I explained my situation. My food was cold by the time I came back
I ordered the Bacon & Cheese burger with a side of Sweet Potato Fries through the UberEats app and picked it up on the way back from Coles.The taste of the burger was amazing, eating it while watching TV in bed was an added bonus.I highly recommend Ribs & Burgers for lunch or dinner, I'm going to try the ribs next time
Onion rings were cut very fine and are not very juicy. If anything a tad dry to the size of them.Sweet potato fries were perfect. They came with a large amount of aioli so you dont run out.Southern Chicken burger. Incredible! Cooked to perfection. I inhaled it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were asked to change our table while we were eating... the waitress also was moving our table while I was gathering my belongings to leave.. they said the table was reserved but there was no indication of it.. the food was delicious but we left unhappy with the service.. I couldn't believe it..

I love this place, i come here a lot. A short walk from my apartment, been coming here since they first open. The ribs are really nice, but my personal fav is the thick shakes. Great value for money, even the chips are great.
We were a group of 8 that wandered in after a day and the races. The manager couldn't do enough....Great Service, above and beyond the norm....Delicious food....couldn't fault it
Ribs and Burgers is a chain of restaurants and we visited the store in Central Park, ChippendaleThe store is on the bottom level food precinct.
I gave 3 stars because the branch at the Central Park has no AC!! And it was hot day today... Didn't enjoy eating inside the shop.

Average food but lengthy wait times should be their motto. Burgers shouldn't take 30-40mins to be prepared.
Plenty of choices either ribs is your thing or you are after a very yummy burger plenty to choice from.
