Sugarfire Smoke House

I am not from around here. I was raised in the greater Nashville TN area. I absolutely get so discouraged when a restaurant has “fried green tomatoes” and when I ask- Are they Real? No one understands. REAL FGT has cornmeal batter. NOT flour!! Sugar Fire has nailed it!! Delicious, cooked perfect and done correctly!!! Oh and the Carolina Sauce? To.Die.For. Delicious

Greese soft fries ...very very fatty brisket... The worst sugar visit I've ever had. Don't go to Winghaven location Wentzville location is the best one.

Cheesy Party Potatoes and Brisket Cheesesteak were a great quick dinner. My daughter almost polished off a pound of brisket.
