Unfortunately, I would not recommend celiac disease. The waiter said that the GF pizza would be "cooked before the others" .. and if they asked further, they said "it is ok because the heat kills the gluten" .. he also made a comment that "there is flour everywhere in the kitchen" .. we were there with a party of 10 if we had not gone out at this point. Ends with a Risotto court for security.

Gluten-free garlic bread and pizza and they can do gluten-free pasta. Manager owner is well informed and he came out to ask how serious my allergy was or whether it was Coeliac. When I told him it was Coeliac, he explained there were flour in the air, but that they wipe away everything and if they make a gluten-free pizza, they stop with normal flour during this time. Eating is really good.

I went to Sul Lago for years and was devastated when I was diagnosed gluten-free. You are now doing gluten-free pasta and pizza and it is still so good!

absolutely incredible eating here never had a bad meal would recommend everyone
