this is the very best Japanese restaurant in the nation state new jersey. excellent and extravagant service with strict care for their order. consistent communication and courageous effort in customer satisfaction. in my year to visit this restaurant, I still have a bad experience. kina is an incredible hostess with intelligent intellect when she put a smile on her face. if they love the smile and love the food; I recommend sumiyaki japan here in metuchen. trust me when I say; you will not be disappointed. I ordered the Any 2 Roll at this restaurant and it was excellent. I chose the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls, both of which were very tasty. The dumplings were also delicious. The Chicken Teriyaki had a hibachi-like flavor and came in a generous portion size. Overall, I was impressed with the quality and quantity of the dishes.
We fell in love with this restaurant recently. The food was delicious with perfect blend of spices. The portion was enough for the value. The service was spot on, just enough attention without being over bearing. All the staff are also very considerate, that enthusiastic young lady also gave me a free drink this days .[Grin]
Both types of sushi rolls were fresh and flavorful. The only downside was that the amount of wasabi and ginger provided for a single roll was the same as for the two rolls. We definitely needed more, but it was just a minor issue.
