The pub is nice and the food is excellent. Our waitress Megan was very accommodating. Originally, our table was a few steps up, which was difficult for my partner who has mobility issues. Megan immediately changed our table so we could keep an eye on our dogs. She even checked a dog-friendly area to see if it was available. Although she didn't apologize for the inconvenience, she was very helpful. While we were ordering our food, Megan informed us that a table would be free soon and she would let us know when it was ready. She even offered to meet us at another entrance to show us where to go. My family and I visited the restaurant yesterday and had the Sunday roast. It was one of the best I've had in a long time and the price was great. We were served by a lovely young lady named Georgia who was very professional and worked hard to ensure our table was clean and clear throughout our visit. When we decided to order dessert, we noticed there was a long wait. Georgia went out of her way to save us from queuing, making our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning soon.
We have had issues on each of our visits recently, mainly being that the dishes we have ordered haven't had everything it says it should. After it happening twice we asked before paying will the dish have everything it should and was assured it will....However this wasn't the case when it was served, we raised the issue but nothing was done. Disappointing, we won't be returning.
My family and I went out for a nice meal last week. It was a pleasant dining experience. Aneeka, our waitress, was fabulous. She checked on us repeatedly and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. We always enjoy our visits when she is working.

Family meal ordered at 5.00pm still waiting at 6.00pm asked bar man where our meal was found him very rude not a bit help. Some customer training my be a good idea . When asked about a discount for waiting over hour his only reply...was you can cancel your meal and walked off
We came in for a nice friendly drink as we have been told about this pub. And the bar man Jack was amazing did everything we asked for and even had a smile on his face while doing so. A busy pub but will do...anything for you, will be back again soon thank you.
Excellent service and food the manager was very polite and helpful could not do enough for us which is a refreshing change most people are to busy and do not give you the time of the day well done everyone
Came in tonight for a meal, all the staff were brilliant especially Geogia and Jade. Food was great like always and would highly recommend. See yous again soon.
