The staff were friendly and the reservation was easy to make. I also have a soy allergy and it was perfectly accommodated when I told them about it. I will say there's a disparity in the wait time between the hibachi meals and sushi meals but it didn't bother me too much. Really, really good! I have had it several time and it is consistently good! I love the local personalities that work their and it is clear they are trained in hospitality and committed to a wonderful experience. The food is very good! Fun atmosphere. Good sushi and good hibachi. Great variety of sushi rolls. Coral reef roll is excellent. Baked lobster is ok - chunks of celery a little large for my liking
