I'm going to give it a 5 star review only because the customer service I've received from my complaint. I've been going to the Sunright in Irvine since I was attending UCI. I was never disappointed when I went there. However, this was the first time I was so disappointed at the drink. The chocolate matcha latte had no matcha on the top, and the pumpkin spice latte was so gross that my friend threw up drinking it. I don't know if it was the drink or if there was something my friend was allergic to, but it would be nice if someone said anything before the drink being consumed. Maybe I got the wrong thing (I was so tempted by the matcha or mango milk teas). I 'm a big fan of taro milk teas especially when it 's actual freshly blended taro (vs the powder), and when I saw they had this on the menu I went for it.However, it was a disappointment. I 'm sure the taro was blended today, but it wasn 't freshly blended to order. We watched them they have a container of pre blended taro. While the thick taro did seem like the real thing, it absolutely did not mix well with the milk, so every sip was either pure super thick taro sludge or just the milk. Hello hello! I'm going to say this is my favorite boba spot in the 626! I got the jasmine green milk with lychee jelly with 75% sweetness. Perfect. Delicious. Amazing. Wow. I like how you order from a kiosk machine but make sure you clean your hands after. There's no seats inside to sit but you can always stand outside on the side walk or by your car. I went late at night so the inside looked big and it wasn't busy at all. They do make the drinks pretty fast and make sure you shake your drink 17 times : There's plenty of parking. You can either park in the garage or in the front of the store on the street
This is currently my brother's favorite boba tea spot. He typically orders the classic fruit tea with either 50% or 75% sugar level. It’s incredibly refreshing and has a more pronounced orange flavor compared to the fruit tea at Yifang. Both places offer delicious fruit teas. Some of my family members prefer Sunright, while others favor Yifang, which really comes down to personal taste. Whenever we visit Los Angeles, we make sure to stop by this place at least once. My brother also believes that each Sunright Tea Studio has its own unique qualities, and he insists that this location is one of the best.

Quick and easy pickup. Sweetness level seemed a bit off. Husband got the berry slush at 25%, and it was very very sweet like like close to 80%. I got the taro at 0% (at most places, the boba syrup adds some, so it tastes more like 25% and it was def 0% sweet, my bad. My big critique though is that the taro is like drinking mashed potatoes. I'm not really tasting taro, and there are no diced bites or chunks. It's just a thick unpleasant experience.
I really enjoy Sunright. The drinks are customizable and always turn out just right! As for parking, there's free street parking available in the front and even more free parking in the back.
we order through the kiosk we need a card. so they don't accept cash at all. you can also order thru their website. picking up drinks is pretty quick. there wasn't a wait on a Friday night.
Overall, this experience met my expectations for a typical Sunright restaurant. They consistently maintain a high standard of quality.

Love sunright , high quality fresh teas and boba , lots of options and modifications , staff is always nice friendly and energetic
Packed with people but has the same great taste whenever I get my mango frostie! No complaints on my end.
