Sunset Diner - Reserva de mesa

Favorite area diner. We walked to this place regularly. The prices, service, and food are good. They really shine at breakfast—the pancakes are exactly what you expect which is harder than people credit! I like their style of breakfast potatoes, too. Bacon is nice and crispy. Kids meal options are good. My family regularly gets paninis and fries and both are generously and delicious. It’s not a fancy place—Sunset is exactly what a diner should be—reasonably priced comfort food served by professionals.

The chicken had no seasoning on it... tastes very bland. The tomato sauce has a weird taste to it. Almost tastes like a sauce thats cooked with a sausage, peppers, and onions. There are massive chucks of peppers and onions in the sauce... also massive chunks of garlic. The pasta was very over cooked to the point that its mush. The bread was a Kaisel roll that was thrown on the grill with a little garlic and butter. Very mediocre food for the price.

I would like to say everything was good and I really liked my waitress and even gave her a $5 tip but I did not like the second waitress who checked me out. I could hear Her say nasty things under Her Breath about me She was telling me to be Quiet or something when She was watching the show I Find that to be very inappropriate of an employee at a business doing that Food: 5
