Supafry Fish Chips

We've had fish and chips from here before with no problems. However, yesterday the batter on the fish was very thick and almost inedible. We managed to extract the fish and throw away the batter. Had fish and chips Thursday evening, absolutely awful, most of the fish was just batter which was hard, bit of fish each end which was dry, this used to be a great Fish and chip shop 2 or 3 years ago.
