this was unfortunately a most unfortunate experience. When we checked in, we were told we had two rooms in the upper building. it is a full-time building. it smells like cooking, there were dog hair in both rooms and standard maintenance was not present. the heating in a room did not work. When the reception was called, I was told that someone would fix it. after the departure to the airport, the person I suspect was manned by a new employee and we were in the wrong building. I let them know the heating output and that nothing was solved. She apologized. after my return, I had to replace a spotlight. when opening the hood was found a very big rat nest. rats had torn out what looked like to b...

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible company. They put my 80 year old parents in a room with no heat when it’s 12 degrees outside. When I called the front desk to get help for them, I was told by a very rude employee that the heater was broken and there was nothing they could do. They had no other rooms available. They employee hung up on me twice when I asked if they had maintenance staff who could fix their heater. I feel so helpless. Hoping my parents survive the night, seriously.

I parked in the parking lot for half an hour and visited my friend. The employees were rude asking me if my car was stolen because I don't have plates on it. Literally they asked me to leave even tho my car is legal and legit. Then try called the cops on me as I was leaving and made a scene over nothing. They don't even know how to speak English. Literally the worst hotel owners I have ever witnessed. The place is full of dirty people and the owner/workers are rude

Place is a hole on the wall hard to get to,dirty,will not recomend it!! Toilet had no pressure, and one had to go to the main office to get a plunger and the son of the owner made a remark that i should call a plumber.oh and i never got my 100 dollar deposit for two nights i stayed .also the staff does not know what a map is woww!! I chose this motel based on the shuttle to the harbour for our cruise. we had signed up for our time slot last Thursday, but when we arrived, we said that we were not even on their schedule. we took a lyft that was a little more expensive, but at the end worked well. the hotel was dated, but clean. not much in the way of food.

The essentials were there, but this is a no frills hotel. The room was clean and spacious, but lacked any esthetics. Things you would expect, were missing like a do not disturb sign for the door or facial tissues. Of course, you can use TP to blow your nose, I guess. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

No elevator.for handicap. No breakfast offer.. Pressured to pay cash instead of Credit Card. Shame Super 8 has gone down in class. This hotel needs some up grading. Asking us to put in 200 charters is to long.

do not go through the outer look. huge very clean rooms. super friendly before the house staff. are little old, but very clean! stones throw from the car rental on Lake Tac! Reserva una mesa ahora

large room, nice staff. no guests after a certain time, it is a very frustrating to say how to be a grown-up.
