During my last visit to this restaurant, I encountered a rude staff member and even spotted a cockroach on the countertop, which she pretended not to notice. It felt like there was discrimination, as they seemed to prioritize customers from Sinaloa over others. To top it off, the owner was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Wow, what a disappointing experience with customer service, or rather the lack of it. I stood in front of the counter, ready to place my order for five minutes, and not once did anyone make eye contact with me. They were busy answering phone calls and delivering food, but completely ignored me. It wasn’t even busy at the time. Just unacceptable.
The restaurant offers handmade tortillas and authentic, delicious Mexican cuisine, plus they serve cebada (barley) water. The space is quite small and can get crowded at times. Finding parking on weekends can be challenging, so I usually opt for street parking. I've been coming here for over 14 years!
Delicious fresh made tortillas and the meat was cooked perfectly. Best tacos I've had in a long time. I happened to find this placing while just passing by. I wish I lived closer as I am craving more. Reserva una mesa ahora
This time, their exquisite white menudo left me very disappointed. It was clear that they added water to stretch it out! It was watered down and contained very little meat.
The food quality has gone down the food taste old and refrigerated the ladies have such a bath attitude they have no sense of good customer service.
My favorite Mexican restaurant truly excels at crafting tacos, burritos, handmade tortillas, and much more.
