Today we went to this restaurant for lunch. We waited at our table for quite some time before anyone came to take our order. After finally placing our order, it took an hour and fifteen minutes for our food to arrive. The waitress kept apologizing for the long wait. During this time, we noticed other customers sending their meals back to the kitchen. When our food did arrive, it was terrible. The sopas were so hard that not even a sharp knife could cut through them, and the steak tacos were tough and not enjoyable. This place is a unique combination of a grocery store, bar, and restaurant, but it's absolutely amazing! We popped in before heading to El Club, only to find the bar was closed. However, they graciously opened it just for us so we could enjoy a beer and a shot before the show. Thank you, guys! I will definitely be back for tacos before the next El Club show!
The food is good I usually just order regular chicken tacos and agua fresca. The service can vary depending on the day and time you go. I recommend going on weekdays instead of weekends. The atmosphere is nice I love the art displayed on the walls.
I visited this restaurant on a Saturday after finding long wait times at other places, and I was not disappointed! The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable.
