Surreal Creamery - Reserva de mesa

On December 30, around 8:30 PM, I called the restaurant to inquire if their ice creams contain eggs, as we cannot consume eggs. The staff member on the line was unhelpful in two major ways: first, she mentioned she didn't know whether the ice creams contained eggs, despite it being a common allergen; and second, she stated that she didn't have time to check for us. This lack of assistance was disappointing, and given this experience, I would prefer to take my business elsewhere. Very dissatisfied.

First off... The customer service was A STELLAR. Everyone was friendly without being over the top and seemed generally happy to be there and work there. I love that. Now while I tried the birthday cake ice cream, I went with the Nom Nom Cookie and it was a masterpiece. I got a picture after it started melting but you get the picture. And it tastes as good as it looks. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place. So glad I finally checked it out.

What a place! You really can build some wild flavors and mixes. But if you can’t decide they have some flavor options already created to choose from. The kids always have a blast here! The staff is professional and cordial as well. The taro was recommended to me once and it was delicious!! The earl grey is too!! Don’t be afraid to try something new. This is definitely the spot to do it at. It's on the pricier side but you get a lot of bang for your buck!!!

Surreal Creamery offers such a unique and enjoyable ice cream experience! I love the ice cream and Asian fusion that this place has achieved. As a whole, their creative menu options all look amazing! It's hard to choose what to get when you get there, but overall Surreal does not miss! I have not had a bad visit yet. I would definitely recommend surreal to ice cream lovers and boba fans alike! The new owner needs to update the hours on the website. We drove 20 minutes from King of Prussia only to be told by the staff that they were closed and that the hours listed were incorrect. It's important to note that the weekday closing time is 10 PM, while on Saturdays and Sundays it's 11 PM. I just wanted to share this information so others don’t have to make a long drive like we did.

Great Icecream spot. Try the taro and matcha combination, mint chocolate and the chocolate jar. Love the tarp and matcha combo. So creamy and tasty. Mint chocolate was very minty. The chocolate jar is their classic for a reason. And the way they hand prepared it make you feel so special. Love the whole experience.

Colorful bright atmosphere. I was sad that it was only one girl working. She was so sweet, patient and friendly. This ice cream is so rich and fulfilling. My son's loved it! I could not finish mine. I had the Earl Grey vanilla ice cream. Excellent! Each the ice creams were over $10 and worth it.

Love the ice cream and shakes here! Everyone who works here is super nice too, and they've never messed up my order. It is expensive but they give you a TON of Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant was fantastic! I highly recommend trying the lychee fruit tea. As for parking, my mom and I usually manage to find a spot without any trouble.

We went on friday night. It was slow when we walked in but pickedup and was very busy later at night. Staff was nice. Desserts were good.
