Sushi Eight - Reserva de mesa

Waiters were no good. Unfriendly. Didn’t check on us. 1 girl ended up having to take over our table after we flagged her down because our waitress abandoned us. 5 empty plates piled up on our table, empty drinks for about 15 minutes. We had to call someone and ask for drinks. The girl with pink hair was the only friendly girl. Asked where our food was and one of them shouted “its cooking!” With attitude from across the room. The buffet is tiny and unimpressive. Half of the pans were empty and what wasn’t empty only had a tiny bit left. we asked if it would be refilled. We were told yes. It wasn’t refilled. They don’t have debit. I literally didn’t even want to pay. 27 dollars for dinner and...

Went there on a Friday night, wasn’t that busy but the buffet for the 30 min we were there had half the pans empty...there was only crab legs out there once! Had a hard time getting crackers for the crab legs. The waitress had the personality of a stone, even when we tried to have a conversation with her she was unresponsive. And the one dish we ordered off of the menu was undercooked (mushrooms). Totally over priced for what we got. Will go to Kings from now on.

The food was great but the buffet selection was poor. Staff was very unattentive. Had to ask 2 times for 1 order. Waited 10 to 15 minutes ever time for the waitress to come back to the table. Wasn't busy so not sure what their issue was. Sushi Eight on Upper James is 100% better. Won't be returning to the Brantford location

Worst service ever, waiting 20 minutes for crab and water sitting there waiting then when I asked for it she said she forgot to put it threw and I still didn’t get it for another 15 minutes.... all the food was oddly cold and could honestly say my experience was horrible Reserva una mesa ahora

We ordered the beef ramen soup. I asked for thin noodles we got thick. The soup itself had absolutely no flavour. It contained beef but the broth was essentially hot water. We couldn't finish it, paid for our meal and we left. But hey they got the coke right.

My go to sushi lunch spot in Brantford. Love the Chinese Buffet that accompanies the all you can eat sushi. Dinner is a little on the pricey side for not much difference from the lunch menu , but lunch price is reasonable.

Amazing friendly, super attentive staff, fast service and great food especially for cost. Great overall for sushi and regular Chinese/Japanese food with a- la carte all you can eat and buffet table.

Terrible service... the waitress forgot to order our food, the buffet was half empty... definately not coming back Reserva una mesa ahora
