Sushi Hana is the only place I come for Sushi in the Towson area because the quality of food is always on the point. It is in Towson city, but outside York Rd. parking is easy where to park street, park in an open plot directly opposite the place, or park in a nearby garage, all just a few dollars. When you come, you will see a small area where they koi fish (very cool). The restaurant is a bit older and can feel a little cramped when busy, BUT the quality of food makes it! If you sit before ordering food, they offer hot hand towels to refresh your hands. I enjoy coming here for lunch because of the Pick 2 option that comes with a salad and miso soup. This time I ordered the shrimp empura roll and volcanic roll. You can also choose a role with a selection of hibachi, or there are also strict hibachi options. Lunch offers are unbeatable here. The sushi is always good and tastes fresh - this time was no different. I had her seafood Tempoura and Hibachi articles with fried rice and everything I can say is *Koch Kuss*. If you look at the wall when you come, you will see many awards and acknowledgments for best sushi, food, etc. and these were all well deserved. The service here was impressive. There were ONE servers waiting for all tables in the lower section (not sure whether they also worked the upper section), which was probably 9-12 tables. I can understand if the place is undermined because many places are nowadays. As I said, it was impressive how attentive our waitress Grace was and how kind/patient she was all the time, though she was busy. Looking for sushi? If you don't like sushi, but your friend does, come here because they have many options outside of sushi.

Fresh and delicious sushi. Many great options. Looks like pasta dishes have been added to the menu. I've been going to Sushi Hana in Towson for over 25 years. Salmon dishes are always delicious. Tonight I enjoyed the Dorsey Roll and tried some tempura vegetables. Great menu selection and pleasant atmosphere. I like the second seat level on the window. Can't wait to go back. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options. Parking: street parking and public parking on the street. A cheap parking garage around the corner. I always get a spot. No problems.

Awful refund policy. I've been eating in Sushi Hana for six years. In the last 3 months, I ordered once a week. I recently ordered a delivery order without rice. The order was wrapped in rice with all my sushi rolls. I can't eat rice and they refused to give me a refund. I'll never eat there again. You have no sense of customer loyalty and I am not sure what your marketing retention plan is, but it is certainly not good. Find another sushi place!

Food 10/10:Seafood tempura is a good choice of seafood. The seafood hibachi was a generous portion. Sushi was well packed and freshService 10/10: Our server was very friendly. She was then the only server in the restaurant, but moved with such grace! Very polite too! Overall I enjoyed the food and would come back!
