Sushi Ichiban Kan - Reserva de mesa

My local favorite. I always sit at the bar with my family. Chef Hiro and Yuki San are my chefs. Everyone there is super friendly and especially the hostess, Jun san. She is always happy and so much fun! The fish is always fresh, portions are great and the sushi rice is perfect. Favs are sake, hamachi, Spanish mackerel with the bones deep fried, uni, and ume shiso maki. Everything is wonderful.

One of the best sushi spots in the valley! Delicious, fresh fish offering a variety of sashimi, hand rolls, and specialty rolls. If you’re looking for a refreshing combo, I recommend the zesty roll followed by green tea ice cream ? the staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We come back every time we’re in LA!Food: 5/5
