Food was immaculate. I ordered bibimbap which was perfectly seasoned with great presentation and timely during a busy day. Service was exceptional. We were welcomed warmly as if visiting lifelong friends. Atmosphere was ideal; dimly lit, decorated and obviously carefully put together as I've not previously experienced such privacy despite being in a room full of people.
This was my first time here and the shrimp dumplings were good but the sushi was terrible. The taste of the fish seems like it is frozen and then thawed out. My stomach could not keep it down and I ended up getting sick. I advice that you not eat here unless you have an iron stomach. I will not be returning.
Food and service here is great. I don't normally like sushi, but this place made me believe I did. I then proceeded to try sushi at other places and realized I don't like sushi unless it's from here. Their other dishes are great too including the omurice and the banana tempura (served on ice cream).
Food was great. Dasher arrived and the restaurant and they said 30 more minutes. Dasher left with my blessing to complete another order. Dasher arrived again and the restaurant said 15 more minutes. This is my 3rd time here. Previously I had the pork Katsudon which was nice and crunchy l. However, this time they had drizzled too much sauce over the breaded pork which cause the breading to become a bit mushy. Still excellent flavor and the sushi was also quite delicious.
I wish I could leave 10000000 stars. This is the best sushi I have had in Michigan. The food is 10/10, the service is amazing, wonderful location and really cute cozy restaurant. I love this place and drive 50 minutes just to go here I can’t wait to come back!
The salmon was not fresh, but the tuna and yellowtail were good. The rolls were mediocre overall, except for the SNT roll. This was my first time ordering and I am unsure if I will do so again.
