Sushi Kimchi Japonais Coréen à Bons En Chablais

As a big sushi fan, I'm so happy that this restaurant opened right next to my place! We certainly need a good sushi restaurant in the area and I hope they will succeed so that we can continue to enjoy the food. The sushi were very good, the combos of flavors on the "experimental" roles were a very pleasant surprise. The salmon was of high quality. The only reason to lose a star was that sushi rice was slightly too cooked, so a little heavy compared to the good defined grains you should find in sushi. Chicken wings weren't my favorite. It would be great if they could start offering delivery via Uber Eats or similar and I'm sure it will stimulate their business. Very good service of Asian take-away dishes, we are well received and during dishes are good, that we have to pay in liquid doesn’t bother me...
