I have visited Sushi Mama a few times before, but my most recent visit was outstanding. A friend had recommended their Korean chicken, so I was curious to try it. During this visit, we ordered a variety of dishes including the salmon ball, fried shrimp shumai, volcano roll, shrimp tempura udon, honey garlic chicken wings, and pork katsu with miso soup and salad. I particularly enjoyed the salmon ball, which reminded me of the one served at Bonchon, but even better! I appreciated that the salmon on top was seared with a torch. The volcano roll was nicely portioned with good-sized pieces. While there weren't many shrimp shumai pieces, each one was delicious. I wanted to keep them all to myself...

I stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for nearby food options near my hotel. The ratings were excellent and it was conveniently located less than a mile away from where I was staying. I arrived for dinner and was promptly seated as the restaurant was not very crowded. I decided to order two yellow fin rolls, a tempura roll, and a Dragon Fly Roll. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious all the rolls were, with the Dragon Fly Roll standing out as the star of the show. The presentation was impressive, resembling a dragon without its head, and the taste was exceptional (although the price initially seemed high, it was well worth it). Originally I stopped by for sushi (on the way to the interstate), but was pleasantly surprised to see Korean food on the menu. Since sushi places are a dime a dozen in these parts, whereas Korean spots are not, I decided to go with a Korean dish for this feeding. For my dining pleasure (and based on the waiter's recommendation), I went with the Spicy Pork Bulgogi, and it was pretty darn delicious. The entree was accompanied with a salad and miso soup for about $17, which is not a bad deal. The food came out fast and hot, and the service was pretty top notch. All in all, this random adventure turned out quite nice. Hopefully, I'll have a chance to visit again.

It had been a while since our last visit, but we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they now offer a variety of fried chicken flavors! Instead of sticking to our usual order, we decided to try the Korean seafood pancake and fried chicken wings (with soy garlic and yangnyeom flavors). The seafood pancake was delicious and not too oily. I personally preferred the soy garlic chicken over the yangnyeom, as it suited my taste better. I absolutely love everything about this place. It is clean, nicely renovated, and serves AUTHENTIC Korean fried chicken! I arrived just after they opened and they were efficient in getting my food out quickly. The Soy Garlic wings were extremely crispy and packed with flavor - a perfect balance of sweetness and spice. They were so delicious that I even got an order of the red hots to take home. I can't wait to try all of their flavors because I will definitely be returning!

I'm not sure why it wasn't crowded because the Korean fried chicken was excellent. I ordered the tenders and absolutely loved them. I chose the curry flavor, which wasn't very spicy but was definitely curry. I wish I could have tried more dishes, but dining alone limited me. They had a wide variety of options, so I recommend going with a group and sharing. The restaurant was very clean, and I definitely plan on returning!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. We ordered the soy garlic wings, which were a bit too breaded for my taste, but still juicy and delicious, as well as three sushi rolls. The presentation of the food was very appealing and I had a great time. It's a nice dining spot and I think reservations are not really necessary, but overall it was a wonderful place to dine.

Absolutely delicious chicken and sushi. Cozy setting. Fresh fish. I had the sushi and sashimi lunch special. Wife had the green chili and onion Korean chicken. We both left with leftovers and full bellies. Thanks for a great experience. Cheers! Reserva una mesa ahora

My family and I come here a few times a month and can’t get enough. Both the sushi and fried chicken are amazing. The wait staff is always very friendly and the restaurant is always clean
