A level well above all these new restaurants or sushi chains. This is a true Chef Maitre sushi at the command of this kitchen and it feels from the presentation, the quality of raw materials and fish, to the cooking of the rice that is perfect. She even practices the kitchen of flowers. The desserts are also treated with this same finesse. A real discovery that is worth the small detour for a tasting under these magnificent plane trees on this hidden terrace that we didn’t expect.

Excellent and very well seasoned sushi. The dishes are very beautiful and very good! We ate on site but we will soon test the menus to take away. Very beautiful discovery!
