We went to Sushi Plaza for the third time today. The large amount of space and the children's play area are great. Everything seems pretty clean too. The sushi selection is good; the quality of the food is not a revelation, but completely fine. However, we have always noticed the service negatively, even though there was nothing going on in the restaurant on each of our visits. Today two dishes we ordered were not delivered and the drinks were also forgotten. While we were waiting for another order, a gentleman suddenly removed our soy sauce, wasabi and ginger bowls without asking. We then ordered baked bananas for dessert. Employees don't speak German and can't do math, they just add things to the order even though you didn't get it or ordered it, ginger was missing from the entire order, the wait was too long, they complain when you complain even though you complained too much You were charged for it even though you didn't order it, chopsticks were simply missing and you didn't get any with your meal, prawns weren't cooked through, not recommended!!!! If your employee tells me 10€ then I also pay 10€. It's not my problem that they don't speak German and if they don't really understand what you're saying to them and what you want from them and the table was NOT clean and it was EMPTY BOTTLES from PREVIOUS CUST...
