As a devoted fan of Sushi Q, I've been to all their locations and recently tried the new Millersville spot. We usually come for Saturday brunch or weekday lunch. The service is super fast, and the food remains consistently delicious. Each visit, we pick a new dish to try, and it always surprises us with its originality. Besides the lunch specials, they offer appetizers, soups, and desserts à la carte. I tend to overindulge, but moving forward, I’m planning to avoid the cream cheese rolls and fried items.
Been going to sushi q over at their other location in Elk ridge, MD. Now we have one right here in Elllicot City and it's great. When you walk in someone will you'll hear the music playing, everything is clean and the staff is friendly. The servicemakes this place 5 star. We were in and out for lunch, maybe 25 minutes? Highly recommend good hibachi menu as well if sushiisn't your thing and plenty of non traditional sushi options as well if you aren't up for the more traditional sushi.
I’ve been a fan of Sushi Q for years! Every location consistently offers top-notch quality. I especially look forward to the uni, which has become the highlight of my sushi experience. The presentation is always stunning, and the flavors are consistently outstanding!
I ordered takeout from Sushi Q3 Millersville and found the food to be fresh and flavorful. However, I did find a rubber band in one of the sashimi dishes, which blended in with the shredded carrots. Thankfully, I only ate the raw fish and not the garnish!

Delicious food and good service. I tried their sushi for the first time in my life and it was a really good experience. Love their teriyaki salmon, so flavorful. Highly recommended!
I went in during Lunch time and got the red snapper , it comes with soup and salad. Delicious and comforting. I also got the Sushi Dabomb and Shrimp tempura
Great quality and service. You can't beat the prices, especially the lunch special. 2 or 3 rolls with crab appetizer, soup and salad for under $13. ????????
Amazing sushi! Fresh and clean. Good service. If you want to order boats you need 4 people. It is too much ! This was the first time I was full with sushi.
