Went in for a Monday Dinner date, we were seated quickly but it took half an hour to take our order, and another 40 minutes for our food to come when we were waiting the server blamed the kitchen for our food twice, the first time when my partner went to the bathroom and I was alone and the second time when they brought out the rolls and the Crunchy roll that we ordered came out as a Godzilla roll. We ordered one coke and one Sprite, and they were flat and left a weird texture in our mouths. We mentioned the incorrect roll to our server, who then had the kitchen fix it. We love the food here, it’s fresh and it’s very good. The thing is the service is bad! We have given this place a few changes and just went we thing the service is getting getting better they go back to being bad. I would understand if the place was really busy but it’s not and that’s the problem I have. Most of the time there’s 5 people standing at the front desk instead of attending to the customers. So needless to say, we will not be back, which is sad.
It's a little hidden between some other businesses, but you definitely want to find it.The Vhef is extremely talented, and they have incredible sushi.The quality of the ingredients are 2nd to none.They have traditional tea rooms, standard tables or sit at the counter and watch Chef do his magic.Have a well made cocktail and wait for Bella (their robotic sever) to bring you your meal.Perfect for a quick lunch all the way to a family party. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner last evening at Sushi Ukai. We were brought there by my partner's son and were able to snatch a seat in the outdoor area in front of the restaurant. Our server Alyssa was just fantastic. So engaging, pleasant and knowledgeable. Everything from the bento box to the sushi,nagari, maki and tempura was top notch. Our 3 year diner made a beeline to visit the robot server used inside .Definitely looking for a return visit.

Good chicken teriyaki but advertise “gold flake” on their signature roll the chefs yelled at our server when we complained that there was no gold flake. We were told that they were out and we could either pay full price or send it back. So we sent it back (very politely) and our server was so offended he sent someone else to bring us the check!
The miso soup was the best miso soup I've ever tasted and my favorite part!! Literally to die for!! So hearty, flavorful, and wholesome. It was full of umaminess. The sushi was good too, but not the best! The food took a bit of time to come, since it gets a bit busy, but overall good customer service, and cute clean interior as well.
My first time eating here with my daughter and son-in-law who live above the place. Ordered all my usual favorite types of sushi and some new pieces I have not had before, in all it was all great. The service was good and servers were helpful and friendly from beginning to the end...
My favorite place to get sushi with my family! Had a great time for my mom’s birthday, I was drooling at the dragon rolls and our server, alyssa? (don’t remember exactly) was very kind and gave us a great experience, definitely recommend coming here for a good time!

A beautifully styled restaurant with a friendly staff and delicious sushi. I enjoyed the sweet potato roll, the tuna roll, and an order of dumplings. All were packed with flavor, the sweet potato roll was a surprising favorite. Highly recommend
