We went to this restaurant for a meal in love. we go back at 7:00 pm (only in the restaurant) a person who is unfriendly installs us. for the aperitif they have no syrup !!!! the somewhat complicated menu has been difficult to explain to us and still we bothered it. for 2 plates each they put 1h45 to serve us (only in the restaurant all along). so serve my sushi are very good but then the welcome is absolutely mediocre
after ordering the manager comes to see us by telling us that we had taken that one menu at will for 6 people while we had ordered yes 1menu will 1 salad 1 full plate 3 extras a rice and pins ball for the child of 4 years, we had not seen that there was a child menu at this we added 1 bottle wine 2 plates dessert so everyone had a dish I wanted to leave without his intervention, but I stayed right.
Several visits to this restaurant because the value/price ratio is good, however, obliged to emphasize it because it has been noted several times, the service is special. waiters in uniform, others don't. Maybe they're not, but why are they going back to the kitchen? It's not very clean and it's a shame:-(

While passing through Castres, we had the opportunity to try this restaurant for lunch. Located in a quiet square, the welcome was friendly and we ate well (a platter of sushi, coleslaw and frozen mochi).
Everything is in the title. There's worse and there's better. the choice is varied but for real sushi lovers the quality is not there. It's too bad.
Really great restaurant, very welcoming staff and the food is excellent. If you are in Castres go there you will not be disappointed!
