Susuru Ramen - Reserva de mesa

In my view, this is the top spot for Japanese ramen in NYC. It completely outshines Ippudo, Naruto, Jin, and other well-known ramen places in Manhattan. I've officially chosen Susuru Ramen as my favorite. While it may be small and not extremely upscale, that doesn't take away from the fact that the food is truly outstanding! Additionally, it's not overly salty!

I had a great experience at this restaurant, although I wasn't particularly fond of the noodles. I would have liked traditional ramen noodles for a more authentic flavor. Interestingly, the side dishes outshone the ramen, which was still quite tasty. Don't let the plywood walls deter you; this place is definitely worth checking out!

This is a delightful little restaurant. My partner and I went there on Friday night and found that all the tables were full since it’s quite cozy. However, we received a call in just 30 minutes and were seated right away! I highly recommend the Gyoza and Tantan ramen; we both intend to come back for sure.

I've been going to this ramen restaurant since it first opened, and it never fails to impress me! I love the owners and the staff, and the food is both innovative and delicious, made from fresh ingredients. I'm really grateful to have it so close by. The ramen at this restaurant is outstanding. The chashu had a unique flavor that reminded me of dried pastrami, and it was incredibly tasty. The takoyaki were also expertly made, filled with perfectly diced octopus and a superb batter.
