I live locally and haven’t been into the Sutton Arms for a long time. The pub looks soo different but a-lot better! I came in with my husband for a meal which after a short wait came out looking picture perfect. Customer service was above expectations and the staff were very friendly. The staff member that stood out to me the most was Stacey, she was very polite and accommodating to my food changes, and also held general conversation with me making me feel very welcome. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference! I look forward to coming back again :
had good experiences with friends after work drinks and dinner. some of us ordered by the app and some had to order at the bar, as they could not find the specific things they wanted me to be the app. the food and the drinks came in a contemporary hearth. we then ordered dessert on the app (split ice cream) it took almost 40 minutes to arrive and we had to ask a worker when it arrived. she was very apologetic and friendly about waiting for the drinks and dessert. when we left the dj, he played and began to be quite busy.
loves the pub. loves the personal. enjoy the karaoke, the quiz, the football, the talks and laughs I can have with them. can always rely on sweat with mia, carmenella, stacey, joe and brandon and the rest of them! good beer for this hipster. If I could suggest an improvement, it would be a comic night that I would like to host.
