Coming to the end of our 2 week stay in the area, I realised that we hadn’t yet eaten at a creperie and, as we were intending to spend the day in Isle sur la Sorgue, I investigated the possibilities on line. Suzette came consistently with 5 stars so where better to book a table? We were certainly not disappointed it was a difficult decision as to which we each would order, but the ‘Therese’ won out for all 3 of us. It was a delicious combination of ham, emmental cheese, Brie de Meaux and truffle, all topped off with a perfectly fried egg. If you like a really well-made, first-class, galette, with a leafy side salad in a bowl, cheerfully served in an air-conditioned little room which is tastefully designed and decorated, or outside by one of the canals, then this is the place for you. We suspect, on the basis of many tastings, that an excellent galette is not easy to make, but this was tip-top.
Voilà une belle surprise , avec sa belle terrasse, et son personnel accueillant ,souriant, nous avons découvert une petite pépite, pour notre part on a mangé les salades de la carte , très bonne et copieuse, un dessert fait maison, le nougat à recommander) bref on a passé un agréable moment , merci à toutes l équipe parole de chef)
a beautiful crêperie on the edge of a sorgue. among the best cakes and pancakes we have tested: ultra tasty recipes, elaborate and generously served fillings. service is efficient and responsive. A real heartburn.

Lovely stop and the crepes looks amaxing although I only stopped for coffee. Service was good and quick
