Writing this review for Rachael Fallon's Reiki Restore class! <3I'm a huge Sweat Tonic fan, with over 300 classes completed since joining as a member. Rachael is the top of many many reasons I have dedicated this studio to be my home gym, rather than competitors and as an instructor and yogi is the heart of the studio's community. She provides a safe, loving environment for healing, strength and growth (both mental and active) and is one of the kindest, warm, genuine and knowledgeable souls in the wellness industry. Her teaching style is so unique movement for inner strength, mental health and emphasis on calming the nervous system. Her Reiki Restore class carries the calming, restorative spir...

I was injured at a HIIT class today and I am still in shock about my experience, the class was supposed to be recovery based and like all the HIIT classes I’ve had there, there was none to minimal explanation of the machines and their functionalities. Normally this is okay, I try to figure out my way through but the instructor came to adjust my posture while I was mid-movement and I fell off and injured my knee. At no point was I asked whether I was okay to continue with the class, I was actually told that I needed to adjust my speed (I was in the ‘inaccurate’ posture because I didn’t have the control yet to do that in the right pose and I was trying to communicate that to the instructor, bu...

**Pros:** - There are a variety of classes suitable for everyone. - The front staff is friendly and welcoming. - Workout rooms are cleaned promptly after every class. - You can grab snacks conveniently just downstairs. - All equipment, including towels, is provided. **Cons:** - Most evening classes are fully booked, so it’s advisable to plan your workouts a week in advance. - The hot yoga classes can feel cramped and often have an unpleasant odor due to the high number of participants. - The popular HIIT classes have limited floor space, making them quite congested. - Snack and drink prices are exorbitantly high. - The change rooms and showers downstairs are frequently dirty because of th...

I’ve been a member at S&T for 2 months now and I have to say it has changed my fitness journey in ways I never expected. There is so much variety to choose from so you are never bored! I love that there are classes all day and I can always find something to easily fit into my schedule. In the past I’ve preferred using free weights to craft my own routine, but because there is so much to choose from, I never feel the lack in my workout routines. All of the instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been to studios where I’ve been pushed past my limits and this is definitely not the case here. I’m so happy to find a place that empowers me and respects my limits when needed.Cleanline... Reserva una mesa ahora

I’ve been going to Sweat and Tonic now for two years and only have positive things to say. They have a little bit of everything so if you get bored with workouts and need a constant mix up this place is for you. Definitely try different teachers because everyone has a different style. I recommend hit class by Kaivan or Baylee. For spin, Megan she is so fun I forget I’m even working out. Rory is my go to for Pilates definitely try a yoga class with Rachel Fallon. If your up for a new experience take Rachel’s reiki and restore class, they are magical. Also, the sound and restore class by Sean. Basically you can’t go wrong with any class that you decide to take.My only word of caution is that t...

Additionally, the shower facilities were not very clean, and the overall space felt small and unimpressive given the prices they charge. Most of the classes seem to focus on HIIT or cardio, with only a few yoga sessions, and there isn’t a solid strength training option or proper gym equipment available. For the premium prices, I expected more; they don’t even offer reformer Pilates—just mat Pilates. Overall, I believe you could find better options elsewhere at a more reasonable price.

Excellent studio!!! The best studio I believe in North America especially for the price! It’s clean, BEAUTIFUL, ALL classes and Trainers are exceptional and staff is so nice and helpful, makes going there a treat to your day! A special bonus is the Tonic house which is one of a kind and supports work-life balance. Unlimited membership is the only way to go and well worth the money!! S&T has changed my life!

I went for my 1st class (The Blend by Dee), It was amazingly challenging but also relaxing. It's name truly fits. The staff were really nice. The facility was well kept and included everything one needs, you only need to bring yourself truly. You will have to look for parking if you drive. I'll definitely be back, I can still feel the burn a day later! Reserva una mesa ahora

Took a 6:00am HIIT class in Sweat and Tonic from the Class pass free credits my friend gave. It’s really a great place for a workout since everything is under one roof. HIIT, Boxing, Pilates and Hot or Warm Yoga. Plus they have really great staffs and amazing ambience inside!
