We searched diligently for a vegan cake for a special occasion, and after months of searching, we came across Elke. She made us a kitchen cake in January 2020 and a high-time cake in March 2020, both of which were absolutely incredible. A year later, in March 2021, we defrosted the remaining high-time cake and it was just as delicious as when it was first made. The quality of the ingredients and the flavors are top-notch. I am so thankful to my mother for finding Elke and arranging our cake tasting. The prices were reasonable and Elke will be our go-to cake lady as long as she continues baking. Thank you, Elke! I had been happy that I could be treated from my partner to a beautiful orange birthday cake, and it zigzags all of the crates of what should be a holiday cake... rich, fragrant, decadent and beautifully presented.
