I ordered a cake for pick up, there was no mention at all that their cakes need to sit out for 3 hours prior to serving. When I received a basically frozen cake from the worker I explained my frustration that this was not told to me when I placed the order. It was for an event starting in an hour. The woman was very defensive right off the bat and did not want to apologize for any type of miscommunication. This is the main reason for the 1 star. Terrible customer service by this one employee. My first time will not be my last. It was a wonderful Christmas Eve experience. The place was so well decorated and so well staffed and the gentleman at the door was so friendly and helpful.
