Sweet Treats Dessert Cafe

I mean to explore this dessert bar for a long time since it has been opened a few years ago. I was tempted to visit it at the first glance of reading the Chinese translation of the Soy Custard that they are serving. Walked in couple of weeks' ago and found that it was nearly full house. Customers were not limited to young generations but all age groups. Ordered the Soy custard and their signature of Belgium Waffles. I loved to see them follow separate syrup for the custard so I can adjust the degree of sweetness myself, however, the custard was not smooth as what I had at the Just Soy Café. On the other hand, the waffles gained marks back with crispy texture and refreshing ice-cream. With only two people running a busy eatery like "Sweet Treat" and the production is so consistent and efficient. They deserve thumb-up.

I came here the first time for dessert and ordered the belgian waffles and extra ice cream. The menu had a good variety at very reasonable prices. The staff were also friendly. The food arrived promptly, well presented and at great serving size. Unlike sone cheap stale waffles I've tasted - this waffle was nicely crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The green tea ice cream was also creamy. I will dedinitely be back to try more on the menu!

Great staff, love their Matcha Latte and the desserts are yummy too. Wish they would offer almond milk for their coffee :)
